Celebrating and ALLOWING Love!

February 11, 2015

Celebrating and Allowing Love! Love is not something that you generate; it is something that you ALLOW. Our world is already created by the most infinite and unconditional love, and it is there, everywhere, and available to all.

Emotions come in many different colors, and it is up to our hearts, and minds to process them correctly; if your heart and mind are in harmony, then unconditional love can come in contact with emotions and give us the key for our human and spiritual growth.

Live from the heart! starting with compassion for yourself and others. Take good care of your physical body, eat healthy, exercise, sleep deep and enough hours, have fun, play, be in contact with nature, walk at the beach, meditate, be relaxed!.

When you are stressed your central nervous system does as well, causing functions in the body to start getting out of balance. Symptoms form the heart chakra (energy center) like palpitation, anxiety, insomnia; also these symptoms form the solar plexus, digestive problems (hemorrhoids, constipation, diarrhea, etc.), muscle tension (especially in upper back and shoulder) start to rise when you are stressed.

There are many therapies that can help you be relaxed, but nothing compared to Acupuncture, which taps into the nervous system, and stimulates the body to be at ease and in a balanced state. It also promotes good circulation, helping with tingling, numbness, aches, pains, muscle cramps and even erectile dysfunction. Benefits from Acupuncture are countless and it is the best preventative and complementary medicine you can have.

Your heart is strong and wise; it is the only part of the body that does not develop cancer, and according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective your “heart is the ruler of the five organ networks. It commands the movements of the four extremities, it circulates the qi (energy) and the blood, it roams the realms of the material and the immaterial, and it is in tune with the gateways of every action.”

Live from your heart, treasure it with compassion and forgiveness, enjoy life, and be happy, because it nurtures your heart.

Happy Valentine’s Day.
